SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is typically free.  Unless it is a drop ship from a supplier most of our products will ship to you via USPS or FedEx ground.  If you need something in a rush we can upgrade the shipping and charge you the difference.

 

EASY RETURNS

Please let us know within 15 days  if you are not happy with your item.  We will email you a shipping label or arrange a pickup of your order and have it shipped back to us.  All items must be in the same condition that you received it.  All cut yardage is not returnable.  Other precut items, fat quarter bundles, precut squares are returnable but must be in the same condition as received.

If there is a mechanical problem or defective product, please let us know and we can send you a new product.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped we will send you your tracking number.  Please be aware that once your order leaves our hands we have no more responsibility for it.  Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and  is secure from theft.  We can ship to a work place, family member, neighbor or mail/ship store.  Some post offices now provide delivery service of your Fedex and UPS packages to your Post Office Box.  Check with your local post office to see if this option is available to you.

We want you to be happy with your order.  Within 15 days of receiving your order, please check it over and let us know if you are not happy with something.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not disclose or sell any of our customers information.  You have a right to your privacy and placing an order online should not infringe on that right.
